Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. You will be notified by email if there is any significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons or due to carrier issues.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Providers
We ship primarily via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the destination and size of your order.

International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to select countries. Customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll help you file a claim.
